European Mobility week in Reggio Emilia

From Monday, a program of initiatives and events dedicated to sustainable mobility waiting for the big celebration for the 10th anniversary of BiciBus Reggio Emilia, a “bicycle city”, also joining this year’s European Mobility Week (September 16 to 22), sponsored by the European Union to encourage sustainable connection within the city. Reggio adheres with a bike-sharing system completely renovated and expanded (15 stations), which offers to the town an efficient and flexible way to get around the city in an ecological and economic point with over 180 miles of bike trails, and a new storage for bicycles service center and a calendar of events that extends until October and will feature a special anniversary: ten years of BiciBus.
Starting the European project INVOLVE. Within the framework of the Interreg project “INVOLVE” funded by the European Union, starting the pilot project that will involve some major local companies. The project aims to test innovative policies of Mobility Management.
